Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Wrong Item Received: You received a product that differs from what you ordered.

  • Item Arrived Damaged: Your item was visibly damaged upon delivery.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.
    Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, our team will provide instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Return the Item: Send it back in its original packaging to the address provided.

  4. Exchange or Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a replacement or refund, based on your preference.


Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used or opened.

  • We cover return shipping costs only if the item is incorrect or damaged.

  • Please ensure your return is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return criteria.
