Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed and sent out within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

  • Orders are shipped via our chosen shipment company to ensure reliable and timely delivery.


Shipping Methods

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)

  •  Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) for all deliveries.


Tracking & Delivery

  • Every order will be assigned a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.


Proof of Delivery & Refunds

  • Once Royal Mail provides proof of delivery showing that the package has arrived at the specified address, Raez Body cannot issue refunds or replacements for missing items.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact Royal Mail directly to resolve the issue, as they are responsible once delivery is confirmed.


Responsibility

  • Raez Body is not responsible for any missing items if the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the address provided.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.
